If your computer is slow, let's address the Windows Updates, if any.
Windows updates often cause delays in turning on and even turning off the devices. Addressing these updates are important and are required for your computer to perform optimally. The time it takes to perform these updates can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on network speeds and the type of update that is being addressed. Updates that typically take 3-4 hours are called Feature Updates, any other update outside of this one will not take that long. We advise you perform these updates before using your new device and if applicable, use your prior device until the updates are addressed.
To perform these updates, please do the following...
In Windows 10, Windows Update are found within Settings
To get there, select the Start menu at the bottom left of the computer screen:

Navigate to the gear/settings icon to the left:

Select Update & Security:

Select Windows Update on the left:

Check for new Windows 10 updates by selecting Check for updates > Restart your device when prompted
Keep performing updates until you receive this message:
