Time offs are processed immediately after you submit them in Navigate.
One of the main reasons why your time off may still be in a processing state is because Navigate detects a duplicate time off request entered in ADP for those same dates.
With Navigate, you should no longer be submitting time off requests in ADP directly. Submitting the request in Navigate will cancel your appointments in CR and send the time off request to ADP as well.
To fix this,
- Go to ADP, and delete the time off request
- Open Navigate and submit the time off request through Navigate. To know how to submit a time off request on Navigate see this article
