Time offs can be submitted quickly and easily via the ALP Navigate app. The Navigate app takes care of cancelling your appointments in CR, adding a block for the days you are off, as well submitting your time off request to ADP. There is no additional action expected from your end.
Note: Time offs can be submitted from the app starting the day after the current day. If you would like to submit a time off for the current day, cancel the individual appointments instead.
To use ALP Navigate to submit a time off request,
Step 1: Open the menu from the top right corner of the app.
Step 2: Select Time off Request
Step 3: Click on the Request Time Off button
Step 4: Enter the day or days your are going to be off, and a reason for the time off request and click Select Time Off Policy
Step 5: Next, select the time off policy you want to use against each of the appointments that happen in the time off period.
Note: To apply for a partial day time off, select the appointments you want to keep on your schedule using the check box by the appointment.
Step 6: Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Step 7: Your time off request was submitted successfully. Your appointments will be cancelled in CR momentarily and your ADP balances will be adjusted based on your selections.
